I am delighted to announce that the fulfillment process for The Last Kingdom Board Game will begin next week! We anticipate that it will take approximately two weeks to complete. We kindly request your patience during this period as our dedicated teams focus on ensuring the prompt and accurate shipment of the games.
Regarding shipping notifications: a notification email will be generated and sent to you when the label is created. However, please note that it may take up to a week for the package to leave the facility after the label is generated. Consequently, there might be a slight delay in tracking information. This delay is normal and should not give rise to any concerns.

Hello everyone,
I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you today. As you may have already gathered from the title of this update, we have some incredible progress to report. Our team has been working tirelessly, and I am proud to announce that we are ahead of schedule! Instead of the original estimated delivery date of September, we are now preparing for an August fulfillment.
To give you a sneak peek of what's to come, I have included some photos of the final product sample below. Additionally, I have provided a tracking link so that you can follow the sea voyage of your game as it makes its way to our warehouse.
Before I share these details, I would like to provide you with our latest project timeline.

June 2023 - Final product approved + Cargo departure + Finalize backer fulfillment data.
July 2023 - Freight arrival at US and EU warehouses + Product receiving and preparing.
August 2023 - Begin fulfillment of backer rewards.

Before we dig into the survey details, we'd like to share an experience we recently had at the German Comic Con in Dortmund Germany.
German Comic Con - Meeting the actors!
A few months back, we received some exciting news that Alexander Dreymon (Uhtred), Mark Rowley (Finan), and Arnas Fedaravicius (Sihtric) would be gracing the German Comic Con in Dortmund, Germany on May 6th and 7th. Needless to say, my wife, Brittany, and I were thrilled and knew we had to attend this event. Without hesitation, we booked our tickets and packed our bags, making sure to bring along some early sample copies of The Last Kingdom Board Game.
Upon arrival, we eagerly presented each of the actors with a copy of the game, which they graciously accepted. We were even more thrilled when they agreed to sign another copy for our studio office. It was an unforgettable experience to meet these talented individuals and share our passion for The Last Kingdom with them.

We have teamed up with the kind people over at BackerKit as our pledge management service to send you an extremely simple survey in order to collect the info we need to fulfill your rewards. You should expect to receive the invitation today, May10th, or tomorrow (as it can take up to 24 hours for the email to arrive). You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you'd like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

The deadline for adding items in BackerKit is June 16th, 2023. After that, the add-ons section will close.

We are thrilled to announce that the project has been successfully concluded, and we are excited to begin the process of bringing this epic game to your tables! Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the game is of the highest quality, and we cannot wait for you to experience it firsthand.
So what happens next!?
Please keep an eye out for an email from us in about 3 weeks regarding the pledge manager service we will be using. Following the instructions in that email is a critical step in completing your pledge and receiving your rewards.
As for us, we will continue the production process and deliver you an awesome game! I will be keeping you in the loop each step of the way.
What is a pledge manager service?
It is a pledge management system that helps us collect shipping data from our backers for project fulfillment. The process simulates a 'check-out' process. You will have your profile imported from Kickstarter with your pledged total and selected reward tier. You simply enter your address and complete the check-out. During the check out, you may ADD additional products if you'd like, or if you already added extra funds, then you can select which items to allocate that money towards. You may also visit your profile later to change your address if needed.
When will the pledge manager be accessible to backers?
Our goal is to have it ready in about 3 weeks. Our target date is May 8th. Make sure that the email on your Kickstarter profile is accurate, and that you monitor your junk/promotions inboxes to be assured that you don't miss the email.
